Sharp Middle East FZE ran a social media campaign for inverter-equipped washing machines.

Sharp Middle East Free Zone Establishment (SMEF) launched a social media campaign to promote its new inverter-equipped drum washing machines to consumers in the target region of Kuwait.
The washing machine was awarded the 2021 iF design award in two categories – product and household / tableware – for its functionality as well as its design.
The iF design awards is one of the most prestigious design awards worldwide that has been organized from 1953. The entries are judged not only on form, but also on the criteria of idea, function, differentiation and impact.
The campaign, which was rolled out on social media, ran for approximately two months, from 20 December 2021 to 16 February 2022 in line with its launch in Kuwait. By incorporating innovations to increase viewers’ interest, such as daily teaser-like introductions before the product launch, we were able to effectively promote the appeal of the new product to a large number of people, including 95,394 new followers.
SMEF will continue to use a variety of methods to promote product features to users.
