
On Monday 30 May 2022, PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia(SEID) was awarded the 2022 Indonesia Customer Satisfaction Achievement Awards 2022 for the AC category with “Excellent”. The award was given as an appreciation to brand whom have an extraordinary treatment to their customer, specifically in electronics product.
SEID who lead the technician standard in Indonesia were awarded in a virtual awarding night. SWA and Business Digest as organizer gave the award to SEID after successfully topping the Indonesia Best Customer Satisfaction Index. The research, which involved 5,000 consumers in big cities in Indonesia, focuses on the assessment of Product, Price, Place, Promotion & Service, which SEID having the highest score.
