On Thursday, February 24, 2022, PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (SEID) has won the Product & Service of The Year 2022 in the Blue Service Innovation of The Year 2022 category. SEID has won this prestigious award by launch the Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based service called SALLI last December. The Product & Service of The Year 2022 was awarded virtually by Mix MarComm as the organizer through the Zoom Meeting platform.

Mrs. Lise Head of Customer Satisfaction Support Group During Digital Awarding
The awarding night was attended by SEID Customer Satisfaction representative, Mrs. Lise as Head of Customer Satisfaction Support Group. It said that SEID has successfully topped the Service Index which including Level of Innovation, Level of Investment and Level of Risk based on judges’ assessment.
