My name is Kobayashi, and I am in charge of Smart Workplace Business Group (SW-BG).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At SW-BG, we offer a wide range of business products to corporate clients, including copiers, commercial displays, POS systems, PCs, and smartphones. I believe we are one of the rare for one group to be capable of providing such a comprehensive lineup through a one-stop solution. In recent years, we have expanded beyond just hardware, delivering broad solution-based offerings that include services and even SaaS*.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our group vision is to “enhance global collaboration through technology and networks.” Whether it\u2019s printing on paper or displaying information on various screens, the ultimate goal is to facilitate workplace collaboration. As work styles continue to evolve, we aim to support and empower teams by fully utilizing technology, networks, and AI. With our global business presence, we are committed to collaborating with partners around the world to become the most trusted business partner for our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our team members are true professionals. My approach to leadership is to respect everyone’s efforts while gradually sharing my own ideas and perspectives to guide them in a positive direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I consider myself fundamentally optimistic and hope everyone on the team will foster mutual trust, engage in open and honest discussions, and cultivate a mindset of constructive dialogue.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is my first experience working in the business solutions domain. I am humbled to follow in the footsteps of my esteemed predecessors, Mr. Nakayama and Mr. Kawamura laid a strong foundation for this business. I will fulfill my responsibilities with a deep sense of commitment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
