In an effort to support those overcoming difficulties after Typhoon Yagi, Sharp Electronics (Vietnam) Company Limited (SVN) promptly provided thousands of rice cookers to the families of students heavily affected by the disaster.

This practical support aimed to ensure the students had warm meals, helping them continue their education.

In the first phase, from September 21st to 23rd, Sharp donated 608 rice cookers to the families of pupils from over eight schools in Yên Bái and Tuyên Quang provinces. The program will continue to expand to other northern provinces in Vietnam in the near future.
