PT Sharp Electronics Indonesia (SEID) has strong commitment to environmental conservation and community prosperity. This commitment brings SEID won prestigious awards both national and international, on January 2024, SEID received the prestigious IGA awards held at Hotel Indonesia Kempinski Jakarta. SEID won two awards in two categories:

・Plastic waste handling category on Sharp Greenerator program Clean-up day at Harapan Island.

・Developed climate change education category  on Planting 3,300 mangrove seedling to rehabilitate the blue carbon ecosystem

IGA awards is an annual event held by Latofi School of Social Responsibility. SEID managed to get a good assessment from the jury who are experts in environment and education.
