On Thursday, November 17, Sharp (Taiwan) Electronics Corporation (STE), our sales company in Taiwan, and HERAN Co., Ltd, a Taiwanese home appliance sales company, made an announcement at the Taipei Syntrend Creative Park regarding the establishment of Shaher AirTech Corporation, which will be jointly operated by the two companies.

Heran is a leading manufacturer of air conditioners and freezers in Taiwan, with a wide range of sales channels (mass retailers, chain stores, online retailers, and TV sales) and after-sales service centers throughout Taiwan.

With the establishment of the company, the two companies will first focus on sales of Sharp-brand home air conditioners and freezers and expansion of after-sales service bases, and in the future, will also move forward with a view to entering the commercial market.

In addition to promoting the Sharp brand and Plasmacluster technology in the Taiwanese market, we will also introduce our AIoT platform service, which was first introduced and leading in the Japanese market.
