Sharp Manufacturing Malaysia Holds “My Quality View” Survey Campaign Awards Presentation Ceremony

Sharp Manufacturing Corporation (M) Sdn. Bhd. (SMM) Quality Assurance Department held a company-wide event called the “My Quality View” Survey Campaign from December 13th to 17th, 2021 in connection with “November World Quality Month”.
The purpose of this campaign was to investigate and evaluate the quality level of SMM and to get quality improvement suggestions from SMM employees. The four key points of quality investigated were System, Workers, Processes and Products.
The survey was conducted digitally to minimize paper usage, and employees scanned the QR code to access and respond to the survey form.
All employees from all departments of SMM participated in this campaign and provided their views, ideas and suggestions on quality improvement. A total of 1,160 entries were received and 58 were selected for the next selection process based on their relevance.
These 58 selected entries were reviewed again by SMM management, and it was finally determined that 13 proposals met the award criteria.

At the awards ceremony on March 2, 2022, SMM Managing Director Won Yin Hock thanked all employees for participating in this campaign.
He emphasized that the findings, ideas and suggestions collected from this survey campaign are created as references to continuously improve the internal quality level of SMM and encourage everyone to continue their efforts.
