SHARP ENERGY SOLUTIONS CORPORATION (SESJ) signed an agreement with Vietnamese construction company NSN CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING JSC (NSN) on establishing a joint venture company for the construction of solar power plants in December 20, 2019. The new company will be made into a affiliate of SHARP as SHARP NSN ENERGY SOLUTION JSC (SNES) in March, 2020.

SESJ will advance our diversity together with the new company and attempt to take new initiatives by putting a variety to good use.

The signing ceremony and the luncheon party were held in a friendly atmosphere from beginning to end.

The participants celebrated a brand new start for further expansion of our market in Vietnam, SESJ and NSN cooperating for a new company “SNES”.

Furthermore, holding up the word “Diversity” as a keyword, the participants talked to expect their bright future for endeavoring to build a company filled with variety regardless of precedents under the spirit of “One for all, all for one.”
